Isaiah 2:2-3,
2. It will happen in the end of days: The mountain of the Temple of HASHEM will be firmly established as the head of the mountains, and it will be exalted above the hills, and all the nations will stream to it.
3. Many peoples will go and say, ‘Come, let us go up to the Mountain of HASHEM, to the Temple of the God of Jacob, and He will teach us of His ways and we will walk in His paths.’ For from Zion will the Torah come forth, and the word of HASHEM from Jerusalem.

KnowYourBible, «On that day sing to her: A vineyard of foaming wine.» After the future redemption the nations will sing this song in praise of Israel . In Isaiah’s earlier allegory about Israel as God’s vineyard (Isaiah 5:2), he had complained that despite being tended so carefully, the vineyard produced bad grapes. In contrast, at the time of the future salvation it will produce the best wine!

5. Thus said the God, HASHEM, Who created the heavens and stretched them forth; Who firmed the earth and its produce, Who gave a soul to the people upon it, and a spirit to those who walk on it; 6. I am HASHEM; I have called you with righteousness; I will strengthen your hand; I will protect you; I will set you for a covenant to the people, for a light to the nations; 7. to open blind eyes; to remove a prisoner from confinement, dwellers in darkness from a dungeon.

Isaiah 49:6, [A light for the nations]
He said: It is insufficient that you be a servant for Me [only] to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the ruins of Israel; I will make you a light for the nations, so that My salvation may extend to the ends of the earth.

Isaiah 51:4,
Hearken to Me, My people, and My nation, bend your ears to Me, when Torah shall emanate from Me, and My judgment [shall be] for the light of the peoples, I will give [them] rest.
KnowYourBible, This transformation will be accomplished through the revelation of a new level of Torah at the time of the redemption, the Torah of Mashiach: «For Torah shall go forth from Me.» (v 4). » Melech HaMashiach will teach the nations to follow the ways of HaShem, and the messianic Justice will enlighten the eyes of the nations in their various disputes, and I will thereby bring calm and tranquility to each and every nation, for they will no longer make war against each other» (Metzudas David on v 4).

I will sow her for Myself in the land, and I will pity Lo-ruhamah (Not Pitied), and I will say to Lo-ammi (Not My People), ‘Your are Ammi (My People),’ and he will say ‘[You are] my God.’
Just as one sows a small measure of seed and harvests a very great measure, so through God’s «sowing» the Children of Israel in their lands of exile, they will bring back very many converts (Pesachim 87b).

20. Thus said HASHEM, Master of Legions: It will yet be that peoples will come, as well as inhabitants of many cities. 21. Zechariah 9:7,
I will remove his blood from his mouth and his abominations from between his teeth, and then he too will remain for our God. He will be like a master in Judah, and Ekron will be like the Jebusite.*
v.7. – The Philistines will stop their bloodthirsty and idolatrous practices, and join the people of Israel in worshiping God. Then, even the Philistines will be like the leaders of Judah, and Ekron will be as Jewish as the former Jebusite city of Jerusalem.
V 7: «And I shall remove his blood from his mouth.» The simple reading of these verses seems to indicate that in Messianic times Israel ‘s traditional enemies will cease their bloodthirsty attacks. Rashi (ad loc.) states that this refers to Edom . The sages darshened from the phrase, «and he too will be left for our God and be like one raised (ALUPH=educated) in Judah » that «in time to come the assembly halls of Edom will become centers where the leaders of Judah will teach Torah» (Megillah 6a).
