Whom have I in heaven? And beside You I wish for nothing on earth.

Whom have I [lit. who is for me] in heaven? The wicked have chosen various celestial bodies (sun, moon, or stars) as their gods. Others worship the ministering angels in heaven. I shun all these and rely on no one in heaven, except for You (Rashi; Radak).

And beside You I wish for nothing on earth. Others worship the terrestrial forces, namely, the four elements: water, fire, earth, and wind. I have no interest in these either. I turn to You alone for my salvation (Radak; Sforno).
